Gardening Time

My first love....Gardening Time has arrived and I have much to do.  I have finished cleaning out the vegetable beds and I will take my wonderful truck and have it filled with good quality garden soil today.  I am excited to begin gardening since I have declared this year to be the "canning year".  Do you can?  I am a beginner and I have much to learn but I have done some jelly and jam but nothing else.  Wish me luck!  Make it a great day!

Happy Everything!

No, I've never tried that. Sounds like too much work for me!

No gardening here for a while yet!!

Oh no....it's not too much work, just pure joy!

Hello Pamela. The best to you as you get ready to garden. I won't be doing a garden this year....maybe a tomato plant or two, that's all. I think homegrown food from the garden is heavenly and I admire gardeners!

Thank you for visiting my place and sharing. Good to hear from you,
d

I want to get back into canning. I love making jams. I have the gear, but my stove is not suitable for canning any more. One should not can on a glasstop stove...so I am still awaiting the proper propane setup for out on the deck (aka turkey fryer burner and stand).

Oh I used to love canning vegetables from my garden and jams and jellies I do not do that much of it anymore. There is still a lot of snow here so I can only dream of gardening. Visiting from Boost your Blog Party. Happy Valentines. B

A bit too cold yet here to start in the garden, but starting seeds would be something to do right now.

Good luck with your gardening and
Thanks so much for joining us at the BMB party. :)
